BMW introduced VANOS in the early 90s, a system that added variable valve timing to their famous straight-six engines. Over time, the VANOS unit wears out which can cause error codes or the infamous “VANOS rattle”. Race German offers this deluxe kit as a comprehensive solution to this issue, even including upgraded FKM Viton seals for increased durability.
