This OEM Mahle-Behr fan clutch is a direct replacement for your original fan clutch. Has your fan clutch failed or is beginning to fail? A failing fan clutch will cause the engine fan to either not turn at all, or to turn very slowly and lifelessly, providing insufficient cooling for the radiator (especially noticeable while idling or in stop/go traffic).
