IRP’s V3 Short Shifter is essential to any dedicated track car, or even your daily driver that could use crisper, more precise shifts.

This short shifter works perfectly with 5 and 6 speed Getrag or ZF transmissions with a standard H shifting pattern, leaving the stock linkage unchanged, ensuring the coupling system and everything remains completely untouched. This E46 specific shifter utilizes a CNC milled plate that allows easy, bolt-on installation! Installation is direct to OEM mounting and totally Plug & Play.
